Chairman of the Company

Mr. Chen Yi Chung was appointed as Chairman of the Company since June of 2022 based on the approval of the Ministry of Finance. Professional qualification and experiences: MBA - University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA Mr. Chen is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the finance industry across Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Vietnam, with the accomplished leadership. Mr. Chen is holding his MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with Honors Distinction.
